AllanRail has been formed by David Prescott, a railway man with over 40 years experience and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Transport, to provide an opportunity for clients in and around the rail industry to benefit from his wide and varied experience across all types of railway operation, marketing and business management.
In our first year projects have included input to Appraisals, participating in a significant and innovative freight project, providing support for a train operator on Scottish matters and providing technical advice to a Regional Transport Partnership.
David Prescott has wide ranging experience across the UK railway industry embracing train operations, marketing, planning and business management as well as consultancy and has worked for funding organisations and consultancies as well as railway operators.
